This site contains several interviews with Steina and Woody Vasulka speaking about their early work and artistic practice, their philosophies, The Kitchen (NYC), and the exhibitions 'Machine Media' (1996-97) at the Museum of Fine Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and the making of 'The Brotherhood' at the NTT InterCommunications Center, Tokyo, Japan (1998).
The videos collected here were shot by Aaron S. Davidson and have been compiled and edited by Melissa Dubbin.

Woody Vasulka presents his newest finds- a Celestial Navigator, a Gyroscope, and several controllers - to Russ Gritzo, an engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and one of the programmers and engineers on his team. These elements would later be integrated into 'The Brotherhood' series.
